On May 18th, beginning at approximately 9:00 PM SGT (UTC +8), cPanel nodes SG-S1 + SG-S2, VPS nodes SG-K1 + SG-K2, and dedicated servers SG-D1 to SG-D32 will be physically migrated from our current datacenter in Singapore (Racks Central) to Equinix SG3, one of the most state-of-the-art datacenters in the region.

This new datacenter provides enhanced network connectivity, increased power redundancy, and a higher level of physical security, all of which will contribute to a stronger and more resilient hosting environment.

We anticipate approximately 3 to 5 hours of downtime, which will involve removing the servers from their current datacenter cabinets, transporting them to the new datacenter, and then installing the servers in the new datacenter cabinets. Our team will work diligently to keep the downtime to a minimum by completing the migration as quickly and as safely as possible.

No action is required on your part. All current services, IP addresses, and configurations will remain unchanged.
