Our upstream will be performing maintenance on its network, which will sadly impact connectivity.

'We have identified issues in the chassis housing the router connecting your server(s). To prevent potential discards from impacting production traffic in the future and to reduce related risks, it is necessary to replace the legacy line cards and upgrade the EOS software. This maintenance will ensure greater stability and long-term reliability of the network.

Connectivity in this location may be unavailable for up to 5 hours during the maintenance window. The extended timeframe is required due to constraints in the rack, as it may be necessary to remove the chassis entirely to complete the replacement.

We will minimise downtime wherever possible and restore services as quickly as the maintenance allows.'
